Springboard Fellowship

Arts Services, Inc. (ASI) is now accepting applications for the 2025 Springboard Fellowship – a paid opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the arts and culture field. Fellows will gain real-world experience, one-on-one mentorship, and professional development while working with one of five unique host organizations across Western New York.

What You’ll Receive:

• $ 2,400 stipend for 120 hours of work

• • One-on-one mentorship and training

• Flexible scheduling, based on your availability

• Real-world experience to help launch your career in the arts

Host Organizations:

• Buffalo International Film Festival - Buffalo, NY

• Fredonia Opera House - Fredonia, NY

• Locust Street Arts - Buffalo, NY

• Fountain Arts Center - Belmont, NY

• Springville Center for the Arts - Springville, NY
